Preamble
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy", the "AUP") sets out the rules and restrictions that apply to use of the Smart Scalping Life platform (the "Platform"). This document forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and is to be construed together with the Prohibited Trading Practices.
The purpose of this Policy is to:

- protect the infrastructure and the Services from abuse;
- protect the reputation of the Operator and of the community;
- ensure compliance with applicable law.
1. General principles of good-faith use
By using the Services, you undertake to:
(a) act in good faith and in accordance with applicable law; (b) respect other Users and members of the Operator's staff; (c) not abuse the functionality of the Platform; (d) report any vulnerabilities or breaches that come to your attention to legal@scalping.life; (e) comply with all applicable restrictions and rules set out in the Terms of Use, the Prohibited Trading Practices and the Restricted Jurisdictions.
2. Account rules
2.1. One Account — one person. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single person is prohibited save with the express authorisation of the Operator.
2.2. Accurate information. When registering, and thereafter, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
2.3. Security. You are responsible for:
- protecting your Google account with a strong password and two-factor authentication;
- promptly notifying us of any suspected compromise (
legal@scalping.life); - not sharing your credentials with any third party.
2.4. Unauthorised access. Any attempt to access another User's Account, to bypass authentication, or to exploit vulnerabilities of the access-rights system is prohibited.
3. Content and conduct rules

(a) unlawful content — material breaching the laws of any applicable jurisdiction; (b) insults, threats, harassment of other Users, members of the Operator's staff, or any third party; (c) discriminatory content — material directed against persons on the grounds of race, nationality, religion, gender, age, orientation, disability and the like; (d) defamation — knowingly false statements harming the honour and dignity of another person; (e) pornographic and erotic content; (f) content promoting violence, terrorism, extremism, or drugs; (g) spam, flooding, advertising of third-party services without the Operator's authorisation; (h) phishing links, malware, scam schemes; (i) personal data of third parties without their consent (including doxxing); (j) copyright-protected materials without the rights to use them; (k) state and commercial secrets of third parties.
3.2. Moderation
The Operator reserves the right to:
- remove any User-generated content breaching these rules, without notice;
- hide content pending review;
- temporarily or permanently restrict a particular User's ability to post content;
- warn, ban or exclude a User for repeat breaches.
3.3. Acceptance of moderation
By posting content in the public sections of the Platform, you agree that:
- the content may be moderated (automatically and manually);

- using the API outside the dashboard for purposes not contemplated by the Platform;

For bona fide disclosures we offer thanks and (subject to agreement) a reward. Exploitation of the vulnerability rather than its responsible disclosure → ban + possible legal consequences.
