Smart Scalping Life is an educational and analytical technology platform. Smart Scalping Life is not a broker, exchange, investment firm or payment institution. It is not registered, licensed or supervised by any financial-services regulator. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
All Challenge and Funded-stage trading takes place in a simulated environment. Challenge accounts use demo / testnet accounts of certified trading infrastructures with virtual funds that have no real monetary value. Even after you successfully complete a Challenge and progress to the so-called Funded stage, your account remains simulated. The Operator does not place real-market trades on your behalf. You do not own, and have never owned, any real trading position, account or asset.
Performance Rewards (Payouts) are discretionary reward payments — not trading profit. Payouts are calculated by reference to metrics achieved in the simulated environment. They are paid in cryptocurrency (USDT / USDC) and may be withheld in whole or in part where there are documented grounds (prohibited strategies, manipulation indicators, KYC/AML breaches, technical failures affecting the calculation, or legal obligations). All such decisions are subject to internal human review and may be appealed through the Complaints Procedure.
Conflicts of interest exist and are openly disclosed. The Operator earns revenue from Challenge Entry Fees. Participants who do not pass may purchase a new Challenge — the Operator earns again. The Operator also retains the right to withhold Payouts on documented grounds. We disclose these conflicts in the Risk Disclaimer and apply mitigation measures (objective criteria, human review, goodwill compensation on missed standard processing times, appeal rights, and protection of the right to truthful reviews).
Most prop participants do not reach the Funded stage. Most traders on real markets lose money in the long run. Past simulated performance is not a guarantee of future results. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and largely unregulated. Trading with leverage may lead to losses exceeding your initial deposit. Trade only capital you can afford to lose.
Entry Fees are non-refundable once you place your first transaction in the simulated environment. Where you qualify as a consumer in the EU/UK, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies until you start using the digital content; you give express prior consent and acknowledge the loss of that right at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. Nothing in our documents limits or excludes any right that the law of your jurisdiction confers on you and that cannot be limited by contract — including, where applicable, rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the GDPR. Service is unavailable in restricted jurisdictions; see Restricted Jurisdictions.
